Privacy Policy
Adaptr ("we", "us") provides an AI advertising management service for Meta and Google ads. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information, such as your email address, workspace details, login session data, plan, and Google profile information if you choose Google sign-in.
- Connected ad-account information. A free audit uses read-only access to the Meta and Google ad accounts you connect. We read account identifiers, campaign, ad set, and ad structure, budgets, spend, and performance metrics so we can compute where money is being wasted. We do not ask for or store your ad-account password.
- Business and brand inputs, such as website URLs, scraped public page text, product and offer details, brand notes, audience notes, examples, preferences, and settings you provide.
- Generated creative and decisions, such as the ad copy, images, and video Adaptr produces; the tests it proposes; and the decision ledger of launches, kills, scales, budgets, and approvals.
- Billing and subscription data, such as plan, status, checkout events, receipts, and payment metadata from Dodo Payments. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support and communications, such as emails you send us, support requests, cancellation requests, refund requests, and account-deletion requests.
- Technical data, such as IP address, device and browser information, log events, error reports, rate-limit signals, security events, and approximate location inferred from network data.
How we use information
- To audit your ad account and show you, in real dollars, where spend is being wasted.
- To create, test, launch, measure, and manage the advertising actions you approve, within the plan and spending limits shown in the product.
- To operate account login, connected-account status, billing, customer support, security, abuse prevention, rate limits, and product reliability.
- To improve Adaptr for your workspace, including by learning from your approvals, edits, kills, and the performance of your ads.
- To send service emails, billing notices, product updates, security notices, and responses to your requests.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, platform, and security obligations.
AI and training commitments
We use customer content to provide and improve Adaptr for that customer's workspace. We do not sell customer content, and we do not use one customer's private workspace content to train a shared Adaptr model for other customers. Third-party AI providers process prompts, context, and outputs as needed to generate service responses under their own data-processing terms.
Your money and your ad accounts
Ad spend stays on your own card, on your own Meta and Google account. Adaptr never holds or moves your advertising funds; it manages the accounts you connect. Managed actions are bounded by the plan and the spending limits you set, and only happen after the approval the product requires, unless you deliberately enable an automation setting such as hands-free mode. You can revoke access from the platform, disconnect an account, or contact support at any time.
Who processes information
We share information with service providers only as needed for their function. Current providers include our ad-account connection provider for managed actions, webhooks, and metrics; OpenRouter and selected model providers for AI generation of copy, images, and video; Resend for email; Dodo Payments for checkout, subscriptions, receipts, taxes, fraud, disputes, and chargebacks; Railway for hosting, database, and logs; Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics; Google for optional sign-in; and the advertising platforms you connect, currently Meta and Google.
For connected accounts, OAuth tokens or connection credentials may be handled by our ad-management provider or the platform connection flow. Adaptr stores the connection identifiers, status, and webhook data needed to operate the product. We do not store your platform passwords in the Adaptr application.
No sale or cross-context ad sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out choices before doing so.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account, workspace, brand, creative, decision, and connected-account data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your account or connected data, we will delete or de-identify active application records within 30 days, unless we need to keep limited records for billing, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute reasons. Backups and logs are deleted on their normal rotation schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or ad-sharing opt-out flow to use today.
To exercise privacy rights, email support@adaptr.cloud from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure.
Children
Adaptr is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are under 13, and do not provide personal information about children unless you have all rights and consents required by law.
International transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data-protection rules that differ from yours.
Changes
We may update this policy as Adaptr changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method. We will not retroactively use customer content for materially broader AI training or data-sharing purposes without appropriate notice and consent where required.
